North Union’s Montana Donohue concluded an outstanding senior season this past weekend as she finished 35th overall in the Division II state bowling championships at HP Lanes.

Donohue got off to a good start, rolling a game of 208. She struggled a bit in her second game, finishing at 140, but rallied in the third game with a 184 to conclude with a 532 series.

Donohue was the second North Union bowler to compete in the state girls tournament, joining Stormie Jamison, who bowled in the 2013 tournament.

For the year Donohue averaged a school-record 182.6 average, breaking the old record of 177.54 set by Allyia Nicol in 2018.
