Physicals for student athletes

Memorial Sports Medicine is now offering free sports physicals year-round. There is no need for the two-month window and free physicals are available all year. Parents can schedule your student’s sports physical at Memorial Orthopedics & Sports Medicine that works with your busy life. Paperwork for physicals is due before the sports season begins. You can ask your child’s Memorial Medical Group provider to complete the physical paperwork during their annual well visit. To schedule an appointment, call 937-578-4200 or go to Memorial Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, 120 Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard, Marysville.
