Money taken from business ahead of fires
A Marysville woman is facing as many as 25 years in prison for allegedly breaking into a local business, stealing money and starting two fires.
The Union County Grand Jury has indicted Colleen Joan May, 37, of 288 Prairie Dr., for one count each of felony aggravated arson of the first degree, aggravated arson of the second degree, burglary of the third degree, breaking and entering of the fifth degree and theft of the fifth degree. The charges stem from incidents occurring from May 21, 2024 to May 23, 2024.
