NU grapplers place at Dreamcatcher Girls Invite

North Union took part in the Dreamcatcher Girls Invitational last Saturday at Northwestern High School.

The Lady Cats had seven wrestlers compete and had two earn fourth-place finishes.

Rylan Riffle was fourth in the 100-pound division. She won two of her three matches in pool play but lost in the bracket tournament.

At 115, Riley Horne was 3-1 in pool play but she also lost in the bracket tournament to finish fourth.

In the 155-pound division, Dallas McIntire went 2-1 in pool play but did not place.

Cameron Ludwig (100) and Allana Smith (115) each won one match in pool play.

As a team North Union finished 15th with 47 points.
