Lady Cats earn conference awards for girls soccer, volleyball

The Central Buckeye Conference recently announced its all-league squad for girls soccer and volleyball.
Girls Soccer
North Union’s Rylan Riffle was named to the Mad River first team.
Riffle scored one goal and was a mainstay on defense of the Lady Cats.
Goalkeeper Kailyn Colegrove was a second team selection and Allison Stacklin earned a sportsmanship award.
Volleyball

A pair of North Union volleyball players were named the Mad River first team.
Setter Kennedy Harrah and hitter Katelyn Zimmerman received first-team honors.
Harrah, who reached 1,000 career assists during the season, was second in the league assists with an average of 8.57 per set while Zimmerman led the league blocks with 59 and averaged 2.85 kills per set.
Receiving second-team honors for North Union were Audrey Baldwin, Glory Blevins was named to the third team and Emma McElroy was a sportsmanship award winner.
