NU volleyball squad outlast Galion Northmor

When it comes to tournament seeding, getting one of the higher seeds can possibly be a double- edge sword.

The good part is you have some preference as to where you want to go on the bracket grid.

The other end of the spectrum is your first opponent will more than likely be closer to the bottom of the seeding than the top.

That was what North Union Head Coach Alexis Maenz and the Lady Cat volleyball team were facing that as they opened tournament play on Tuesday.

North Union, the third seed in Division V of the Central District, was hosting 11th-seeded Northmor at North Union.
