If no unfortunate happening prevents, the Richwood – Marysville road will be opened to traffic within the next three weeks. All stone will be on the road by the end of next week. It will take possibly two weeks to roll the road sufficiently to permit machines to traverse it. For three years portions of this road have been closed, making it necessary for northern Union county citizens to take a round-about way into Marysville. The construction of a new bridge at Pharisburg and straightening the road will eliminate a dangerous curve.
