Richwood gets $218K for pickleball courts from the state
Richwood Council is taking steps toward the construction of new pickleball courts at the park.
At a recent meeting of council, Carmen Shields, president of the Trailblazers advisory board to the Richwood Park, said that House Bill 2 recently passed, awarding Richwood with $218,000.
According to the Ohio Legislature 135th General Assembly website, the bill directs “state funds for economic growth and community development.”
