Breanna Akers, 22, of Delaware, and Julia Desiree Rivers, 32, of Marion, were each charged with theft about 4:58 p.m., Feb. 18, at Wal-Mart on Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard.

Brittany R. Ferguson, 39, of 128 S. Main St., Magnetic Springs, was issued a citation for financial responsibility act/non compliance suspension following an incident at 12:11 p.m., Feb. 18 in the 100 block of W. Fourth Street.

Deputies were dispatched to a home in the 26000 block of Sandusky Road for an unruly juvenile at 5:22 p.m., Feb. 16. No report was taken.
