Richwood Civic Center

What does February make you think of?

Yes, it is a month of dedication and love but is there something else that you think of when you think of February? I was asked this question and I think what I think the most about February is “Oh boy, just a bit longer and we can start planning our garden.”

The person that asked me the questions just shook their head and said they should have known that I would be thinking about gardening. As many of you know, I love my garden and am looking forward to getting to plan and getting things ready. I love to watch things grow and I love to bless my family with fresh veggies and fruit.

You know what else I love? I love watching all of our seniors enjoy the activities and events we put on. Whether it be Exercise, Bingo, Bible Study, Book Club, cards, puzzles, sewing, or getting together for a trip or event our seniors are enjoying and asking for more.

If you would like to find out more about our activities, please feel free to stop in or call.

We will be hosting a St. Patrick’s Day Party sponsored my Monarch Rehab for Thursday, March 14 at 1 p.m. If you would like to be a part of this, please call our office and get your name on the party list.

Have a great week.
