Resident seeks assistance on property damage dispute

Richwood officials said a dispute over land use will require a little more information to make a determination.

Resident Jeff Tanner told council members Monday night that his son’s property, located on West Bomford Street, is being damaged by a neighbor and hoped council could do something about it. Tanner said the neighbor exits their property into an alleyway and, in doing so, drives across a portion of the son’s property.

“The alley is shut off but they are exiting where there is nothing across the back end of them and they’re coming clear up into my son’s property,” he said. “They come up and tear up the yard and they have those great big,…
