NUHS student earns state title

North Union High School freshman Chole Dickey recently earned top marks at the state FFA finals. Dickey competed and won the Sub-district contest held at Ridgemont High School, then won the District Six contest held at Buckeye Valley where she placed above the other contestants to advance to the state finals. In the state finals, she competed against 10 freshmen from across the state that won their respective districts. At the state FFA finals, she completed a 15-minute interview on Zoom, submitted a cover letter, resume, and job application. At the conclusion of her interview, Chloe also wrote a follow-up letter to the interviewers. (Photo submitted)
