Richwood Civic Center heads south

Area residents stand in front of a train car Oct. 6 in Hocking Hills. Organized by the Richwood Civic Center, 46 members of the community got to take part in the Hocking Valley Fall Foliage event in southeastern Ohio where they got to see the early stages of leaves changing colors.
