Lady Cats drop home match to Lady Vikings

North Union’s girls soccer team fell to visiting Northridge at home, 3-0, with the program experiencing a five-game losing skid.

“That is a good team,” NU Head Coach Bill LeRoy said regarding the Lady Vikings. “They’ve been trending up since the beginning of the season… I am really proud of my girls.”

“Honestly, it wasn’t a blowout so I am pretty proud,” junior Lauren Hall said. “We came out pretty strong… there were some forks in the road you go through, but we worked together as a team.”

North Union had three objectives heading into the contest. Hitting on most of them, LeRoy was still proud of the effort.
